My guess is it was a request purchase for someone and it died on the shelf quite a while ago. I also was surprised that this book wasn’t older. Polymer clay can also be used to cover non-clay objects (such as eggs, glass votive holders, tins, frames and pens) and to make vessels (vases, bowls, etc.). Many miniaturists find polymer clay ideal for making their own doll house furnishings and decorations, and polymer clay can also be used to make the dolls to people those houses.
